Our 2000 sq. ft. weightroom is equipped with the latest and most innovative strength training equipment by Legend Fitness, MuscleD, Bodykore, Ivanko, Tuffstuff, Cybex, Steelflex and much more. Our free-weight area is unparalleled in Calaveras County. We have highly skilled certified trainers on site to assist you.


Our 1000 sq. ft. multi-purpose classroom houses classes six days per week.

Use one of our trainers as a personal coach as you begin a journey to get faster, stronger and healthier. Weight training is a major foundation for all other forms of physical fitness and is suitable for almost anyone at any fitness level.
